From a young age, I naturally stepped into the role of healer within my family, always the one tending to splinters, scraped knees, or offering a steady hand to friends in need. My deep connection to mothers and babies led me to study women’s health and the sociology of birth and motherhood in college, setting me on a lifelong path of supporting the sacred bond between parent and child, and honoring the profound rite of passage that is motherhood.

I have since studied Ayurvedic medicine with a focus on preconception, birth and postpartum care, and continue to weave in modern approaches that nourish mothers along their journey.
